Where do you ship to?
Right now we only ship within the UK, but please contact us if you're outside the UK and we'll see what we can do!

Standard shipping to the UK is £2.99.

Who do you ship with?
We send standard orders with Evri.

How long does shipping take?
You can expect to receive your order within 2–5 working days after dispatch via Standard delivery.

Can I cancel / change my order?
We try to ship orders quickly, but please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll find a solution. If for some reason you've changed your mind about wanting to upgrade your underwear, we really think you should wait and give them a try. We're confident they'll be the best you own and you can always send them back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
